Fort 2-Swing

Astonishing easy bit of kit to construct, assuming you have the right drills and saws. The vast majority of the wood came pre cut, with reasonably straight forward instructions. The fact we linked three towers together with two bridges made it somewhat trickier but still relatively straight forward. The climbing wall didn't really come with enough hand holds so we had to order some more and the instructions could have had written notes next to a few stages to make things a little clearer i.e. check 3 stages ahead before you do this stage but that is being picky. We were very happy.

The quality of the product is outstanding far better than any other out there. The instructions are not good I think because they want to charge you the professional installation, it would also help with some videos with tips on installation. Either way if you are at good DIY to a moderate level you will be ok. I did not pay for installation and it’s amazing but hard work, just take your time.

This is a brilliant climbing frame, fabulous quality and looks amazing now that it is up but it is quite hard to assemble. We asked our handy man to do it for us as it needs all the tools that we don’t have.

Arrived on time and all parts were included. product is really good quality and my kids are just obsessed with it, i would definitely recommend

I used the online chat first to work out what I needed and what would work together. The advisor was really helpful and sent me pdf files to show me what he was talking about. The order itself was easy, and I got shipping/ dispatch notices, and an arranged delivery slot. They even helped me out after I placed the initial order because I forgot to add a baby swing to the delivery. Assembly definitely needed two of us to put it up and lots of consideration - sometimes the timber was longer than required and needed to be cut down. Had to be careful not to cut the wrong bit! Instructions mostly made sense - scale peg for screws and bolts was really useful. The finished structure is brilliant. The wood is decent - the fittings are good quality and it looks great. The kids love it too - which is the main thing!
